The service points of HSL, Helsinki regional transport authority, serve you in all matters related to local transport. At the service point, you can get a local transport travel card, top it up with a season ticket or value and get answers to questions you may have. We also give advice on the routes and schedules, receive the customer feedback, send invoices to customers, sell commuter vouchers to companies and take care of customers’ information requests (GDPR).

Luggage storage lockers can be found in the station's passenger service facilities on the basement floor, the entrance is opposite VR service point. The lockers work with card payment and can be opened every day from 6 a.m. to midnight. When choosing the compartment size, the customer can choose a barrier-free locker, which opens easily accessible lockers. Lockers can be booked for 3, 6, 12, 24 or 72 hours. The price is determined by the size of the locker, the duration of the reservation and the season. For overbooking, an additional fee will be charged for each starting hour. Unclaimed items will be transferred to the station's lost property service. You can get more information by contacting customer service.
