The pick-up locker of Steissin Apteekki is located on the ground floor of the western wing of the railway station, in the Kauppakuja passage. It can be accessed by elevator or stairs, which are located opposite the VR service point. By following the signs for luggage storage and restrooms, you will find your way there.

The customer arranges with the pharmacy to have the desired pharmaceutical product delivered to the pick-up locker, and the pharmacy delivers the product for collection. The customer receives an opening code for the locker via text message and can retrieve the purchase at a convenient time during the station’s opening hours. Pick-up locker deliveries are available only for paid or invoiced purchases. Online store purchases can also be delivered to the pick-up locker if the customer wishes.
